Loss of energy

Now that i am here it’s time to put some writting up. Not knowing what i want to write though. My brain seems to have the lack of energy to come up with something for awhile now. It’s just work, eat, sleep and the occasional study time at my chess course for the moment. Work seems to have drained me and it doesn’t help to have to do numerous saterdays at work aswell.

I have to find a way to get my energy level up and this without sleeping since to much sleep makes me want to sleep more and so all the other things i want to do is put on the shelf. Thought about medication, some good vitamin pills but then i am to lazy to go to the pharmacy to get them.

Any proposals to get my energy back to normal?

For me, it’s exercise. When I am eating properly and getting enough exercise I have way more energy than when I am being a slug.

    I miss ya’, Logis!

I’m the same as Deej. If I’m active, it gives me more energy. I may get physically tired quicker but it keeps my brain alert. I also get tired when I oversleep too – all the places I’ve researched suggest from 6-8 hours sleep a night and I’ve found that seven suits me best. Any longer than that and I just want to stay in bed all day, heh.

For me it’s venturing outside and experiencing mild human interaction. As in sit in a cafĂ©, watch people passing by, perhaps a chat with a stranger. Nothing forced, just let it come naturally. It reminds you why is it worth being a human :)

    Being outside helps me.

I’ve always had a problem with lack of energy until I started taking a Vitamin B-50 complex. It’s made an amazing difference. I also find if I eat small meals throughout the day, that keeps my energy up.

Definitely what everyone else says – try and get out and about a bit – a walk, a coffee somewhere – the more active I am the more energtic I get (as long as I don’t completely overdo it ha ha) x

    Hi Logis!

Yep – all of the above. It seems strange that to get energy you need to spend energy but it is true. Maybe its something to do with endorphins. :D

Meanwhile, I thought of you the other day when Fundy and I had a game of chess. He beat me in the end, but I had him worried! :D XXXX
